Our 45 years of experience in the automotive industry have provided us with a wealth of know-how that we can make full use of for the benefit of the innovative companies we support.
In fact, our teams have a perfect command of particularly demanding manufacturing processes. In particular, they have already successfully implemented methods such as “Lean”, “5 Whys” and “QRQC”.
In addition to this rigour, we have great flexibility and agility – two skills that are highly sought after by start-ups.
Furthermore, we have acquired in-depth logistical skills that contribute to a service rate that remains at 90%. This know-how – including customs management, international shipments and obtaining European approval – is obviously very valuable for the companies we support, as it enables them to get their product to the end customer.
In concrete terms, the resources deployed by EFI Automotive Service include a specific room dedicated to the production of prototypes, as well as assembly lines for small/medium series – by pooling tools to reduce costs. In a second phase, when volumes require it, we can design a dedicated mass production line within our site.
Recently, a project platform has been refurbished to provide a quiet environment for the teams to focus more effectively on the development of the projects they are responsible for.
